Day -20: Bodyweight Workout + Stretching

Well well well. Two days in a row. I have outdone myself if I do say so.

I ate WAY BETTER today which is another fun habit of mine. Yo-yo dieting. Oh man it is thee worst. I had some magnificent Greek Yogurt topped with honey, granola, and apple slices. I drank so much water! Had this incredible heart healthy salad from sweetgreen.

By around 3pm, I was feeling like I could die. Too much Kale, too much water too fast, not enough caffeine and empty carbs. And USUALLY this is when I quit and go eat french fries.

But today I was like, nope we can do this. I just made the most delicious Thai Curry Bone Broth and Noodle soup but I drank it so fast that I don't have a photo. I will make it for an after workout treat again tomorrow. Maybe I'll even try to write down a recipe for you?

As for my workouts, I did a little more than I did yesterday. Mainly because I went to bed sore and work up with no energy - I think it's because:
a. I haven't worked out in like 40 days
b. I only got 6 hours of sleep because the endorphins were high and I was scrolling through FB looking for WHO KNOWS WHAT REALLY
c. Adding a third bullet point here so I don't look like a slacker

So, I started with the same 10 minute warm up, this Bodyweight Workout, and ended with this stretch series which really helped me cool alllll the way down.

Tomorrow is a rest day and I can't believe I did two days in a row.
