Day -19: Rest + diet

I thought that I would do an active rest day today. With Yoga and such. But I'm still pretty sore from yesterday. Not incredibly but enough to have me chill.

Plus it's a freezing cold and snowy day in NYC. I'm focusing more on what I'm eating and drinking.
  • I upped my water intake a ton
  • I ate a few square meals but uh, not square enough
  • I feel better than I did yesterday after the yo-yo dieting

I also focused on Supplements! Last year, and Internist discovered that I was low in every vitamin except vitamin C. So I upped the ante on what I took daily. But something I remember from that time is that I had to slowly add each.

Here's what I took today:
  • Women's Multi-Vitamin by New Medicine (this one doesn't have any casing so it's like, max power)
  • Vital Proteins Collagen Peptide Powder in my tea (I've been dying to see if this whole Collagen thing works)
  • Gummy Vitamin C (because I am a young child)
  • Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium (I take this at night to help me sleep)
  • Bone Broth Soup (packed with Collagen and other nutrients to help my doggone knees)
