Day -18: Active Rest + Stretching

I went to the movies today and I did not eat a barrel of popcorn.

I repeat...

This is a big deal for me. Since I started thinking about wellness, I'm already making better choices. Slow and steady wins the race.

I still don't feel up to exercising again and I want to trust this instinct. My knees also kinda hurt.

I did a few stretches upon waking and before bed but that was the most I did.

Supplements today:
New Medicine Multi-Vitamin (morning)
Gummy Vitamin C (morning and evening)
Calcium/Magnesium (before bed)
Collagen Peptide Powder in my tea (before bed)
