Day - 17: Upper Body with weights (!)

Hey! 

Something really cool happened today. I was sitting around being lazy because it was Negative infinity degrees outside and all of a sudden around 7pm my body actually WANTED to work out. OMG it hasn't even been that long and I'm slightly creating a habit. I think this experiment is working?

Anyway, I did about 10 minutes with really light weights and I was still pretty sore. I ended with a more Yoga style stretch which was pretty good and reminds me that I need to get serious about practicing again.

Diet today: 
  • Flax Seed Granola Cereal with Cashew Milk 
  • Bone Broth Soup
  • Blistered Shishito Peppers and Roasted Brussel Sprouts (but like too much)
  • A lot of water

Supplements today:
  • New Medicine Multi
  • Liquid Vitamin B-12
  • Gummy Vitamin C and Calcium
  • Magnesium
