Day -14: Long Cardio

Wait stop. I swear I was JUST on Day Negative 21. This is slightly unreal. You mean to tell me I invested my time and consideration into myself for 7 days??

Haha, well good!

So today I wanted to do the Low-Impact Cardio again but I got caught up in a couple of last minute errands that I had to do after work. One of which was picking up the DVD of me and my friend on Wheel of Fortune 15 years ago (!!!) my dear old Dad got it digitized for me and I was on cloud level 99 all night. So excited I couldn't even get to sleep!

All I did was walk about 2 miles on my way home and sort of just chill out. LOL @ "All i did".

Supplements:

  • Forgot to take my morning pills because I woke up really late and needed to run out the house
  • Culturelle Probiotic (at night!)
  • Magnesium
  • Calcium Gummies and Vitamin C Gummies (notice how I never forget to take these haha)
Diet:
Ok we need to talk because for lunch today I literally ate curly fries and that's it. I think this is because I didn't have a real breakfast in the morning and by the time it was time for me to do lunch i was like, uh, french fries whatever. I'm noticing a pattern and I'm going to do something about it.

Otherwise I ate Snow Crab Legs because I really wanted the butter - and notice, I didn't take my Iodine today so here we are. Man, I am learning as I go like a freaking boss!
