Ten Good Things on a Monday (6)

Ten Good Things on a Monday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by friend Nina @ Brush Up on Your Reading!

This week I'm listing 10 healthy foods I enjoy eating because I need to eat healthier foods:

  1. Grapes
  2. White Cherries, I think they call them Bing Cherries
  3. Almonds
  4. Salad with avocados and walnuts and feta cheese (okay not so healthy) with Raspberry Dressing
  5. Curried Vegetables
  6. And speaking of veggies, I love asparagus! So Asparagus steamed with garlic or somehing
  7. Kashi cereal with Bananas and Vanilla Soy Milk!
  8. Honeycrisp apples
  9. Watermelon
  10. Grilled chicken and spinach...mmmm!!!
What are your Ten good things?!

  1. mmmm salad with avocados...yum! I don't think feta is bad for you unless you eat a lot of it though. So I say bring it!

    5. Bell peppers
    6. Salmon
    7. Strawberries
    8. Whole grain bread
