This week I'm listing 10 healthy foods I enjoy eating because I need to eat healthier foods:
- White Cherries, I think they call them Bing Cherries
- Salad with avocados and walnuts and feta cheese (okay not so healthy) with Raspberry Dressing
- Curried Vegetables
- And speaking of veggies, I love asparagus! So Asparagus steamed with garlic or somehing
- Kashi cereal with Bananas and Vanilla Soy Milk!
- Honeycrisp apples
- Grilled chicken and spinach...mmmm!!!
