Best & Worst I've Read in 2010

I don't know if you guys know this, but I just started blogging at the end of summer 2010. At first I didn't think I could come up with a best of list but after further investigation, I realize that I read some pretty good ones last year....and some pretty bad ones.

5 Books I LOVED
Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin
The Christmas List by Richard Paul Evans
Kiss the Girls by James Patterson
The People of Sparks by Jeanne DuPrau
Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver

5 Books I did not love
Midnight by Sister Souljah

Molly Maxwell Does Not Love Practicing the Piano by Peggy Gifford

The Prophet of Yonwood by Jeanne DuPrau

Mistletoe Murder by Leslie Meier

DreamQuest: Tales of Slumberia by Brett Hartinger

Honarable Mentions
The Diamond of Darkhold by Jeanne DuPrau
The Spellbook of Listen Taylor by Jaclyn Moriarty

  4. Kiss the Girls was really good (I think I may be due for a re-read of that one!) Before I Fall is making it to a lot of lists; I've had it on my to-buy shelf for a while, and after I read Delirium, it may move up that list (I know that the books are totally different types of books, but if I fall in love with the writing in Delirium, it will make me hungry for more by the same author!) Great list!
